For example, the thermogravimetric test is to detect the degradation and volatilization degree of materials after 7 days of high temperature aging at 80 ℃; Thermal shock test is used to detect whether the insulation surface is cracked after special winding at 150 ℃ for 1 h; High temperature pressure is used to detect the elasticity of insulating materials after high temperature re cooling; All low temperature tests generally refer to the change of mechanical properties at - 15 ℃, which are used to detect whether the cable material is brittle, easy to crack or easy to break at low temperature. In addition, the flame retardant performance of the cable is very important. The test to check the performance is non delayed combustion test, that is, the finished cable installed according to the standard is ignited with a special flame for a certain period of time. After the flame goes out, the cable is checked for burning. Of course, the less the burned part is, the better it is. It shows that the poor flammability, good flame retardancy and the safer it is.
